In keeping with their mission in becoming ‘the trend setter in the hospitality industry in Sri Lanka’, for the first time, Bentota Beach Hotel, a resort of the John Keells Hotels group introduces a new feature that enables its guests to experience the hotel, the room, and its offerings even before they arrive.
Most guests are left disappointed after blind booking hotels and this method is a great way to avoid such disappointments.
The interactive viewer allows guests to virtually walk through the entire hotel and take a look at any of the 130 rooms and three suites available in any of its five levels. Guests can choose between the standard room, superior room, deluxe room, the Lotus or the Alamanda, – junior suites, or the Frangipani – the presidential suite. The interactive map is designed to reflect every important detail of Bentota Beach Hotel, offering the view of the restaurants, pool, gym, outside view of each room including a floor to ceiling view inside the room.
The interactive room view is now available at the Bentota Beach Hotel website www.johnkeellshotels.com/bbh/roomviews/. Simply click on the ‘room view’ tab to experience and plan your beautiful escape. The team behind this industry first to Sri Lanka, is Chandana Thalgaswarre, an employee of the hotel who conceptualised the feature and Salith Fonseka from the John Keells Hotels Group who developed the program.
