Hilton Colombo will hold a crab promotion at its authentic Sri Lankan restaurant, Curry Leaf from 7 to 16 June.
The dinner promotion promises to serve some of the most mouth-watering and famous crab dishes cooked in different styles to capture the best of Sri Lankan cuisine.
“Curry Leaf’s signature dish, the Chili Crab, has always been a hot favourite among both our domestic and international guests. Our Food and Beverage team has always been committed to delivering the best Sri Lankan and international cuisine at our outlets, and we are confident that this promotion will be immensely popular with our guests,” said Hilton Colombo General Manager Rudolf Troestler. Curry Leaf restaurant features a village-inspired restaurant concept serving traditional Sri Lankan favorites such as ‘hoppers’, ‘kadala’ and fresh ‘kavum’. Guests can relax and immerse themselves in the serene environment and listen to local music while overlooking the hotel’s lotus pond either in air-conditioned or alfresco settings. The crab promotion will feature a variety of Sri Lankan favourites including pepper crab, Jaffna-style crab, grilled crab, crab kottu and crab hoppers.
