KIWANIS Asia Pacific Convention 2012 (ASPAC 2012), hosted by Kiwanis Sri Lanka, is scheduled to be held in Colombo in March 2012.

Aitken Spence Conventions & Exhibitions will be the main organiser of this event.

The Kiwanis Club of Colombo founded on 4 October, 1982 is a part of an international organisation of service clubs which was formed to serve the children of the world.

Sri Lanka was the 76th country to join the international family of Kiwanis. Kiwanis projects over the years have raised tens of millions of rupees to equip hospitals in Colombo, Chilaw, Anuradhapura and Kurunegala. The club has done many projects involving Sri Lankan children, giving special attention to those affected by war and street children. Health, peace, education and child abuse are some of the other areas that the club pays special attention to.

Over 500 participants from the Asia Pacific region are expected to arrive in Sri Lanka for this event.  It can be assured that Aitken Spence Conventions & Exhibitions with the backing of their professional team, state-of-the-art logistical infrastructure and their 17 years of experience in this business, will make this event a resounding success.
