Qatar Airways is celebrating the Qatar National Day in the skies by introducing a variety of special touches on board and generous discounts on tickets.
On flights from Doha, passengers can enjoy a bespoke menu card influenced by modern Arabic calligraphy and dessert inspired by the shape of the local desert sand rose. Customers in premium cabins will be treated to traditional Arabic coffee and dates. While on select flights from Doha, passengers will receive a fridge magnet as a keepsake to commemorate Qatar National Day.
Passengers travelling during the Qatar National Day celebrations will also enjoy decorations of roses at various locations including Al Safwa First Class Lounge, Al Mourjan Business Class Lounge and at the A380 onboard lounge.

The award-winning airline is also celebrating Qatar National Day with incredible offers of up to 25% off in premium and 35% off in Economy Class. Qatar Airways Privilege Club members can also earn triple Qmiles in premium and double Qmiles in Economy Class.
Qatar National Day commemorates the founding of the State of Qatar on 18 December 1878 by Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed bin Thani, under whom Qatar became a single, coherent nation and an independent, unified country.
