Launch of global family and office knowledge tours

The Earth Life Water Knowledge Trails (ELW) movement, a Lankan initiative to encourage the concept of contemplative knowledge among children and adults alike is introducing the concept of global edu tours, under the concept of edu-tourism in partnership with reputed Sri Lankan outbound travel agencies. 

For the first series of tours to take place from December 2019 to December 2020, the ELW movement is partnering with Panganr Holidays, a trusted partner in international holidaying, with its offices in Colombo, Jaffna, India and globally. Panganr Holidays, is a travel pioneer that specialises in South Asian and South East Asian countries. Panganr Holidays has been providing quality services with excellent value for money since 2009 and has been a member of Rainbow Group of India since 1996, specialising in both inbound and outbound tourism. 

From mid December 2019, Panganr Holidays, in partnership with the ELW Knowledge Trails movement, is launching a series of monthly tours to Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Cambodia, Thailand, China, Nepal, Burma, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia (Bali) and Bhutan. These tours are designed for families and small office groups. They are conceptualised and dedicated to the mission of maximising the scope of knowledge through travel and will take place every month throughout 2020, with minimum day tours ranging from three days and the maximum day tours to eight days. The minimum day tour is designed as a work month get away, that will have one re-energised and ready to face work with new mental stimulus. The two 6-day tours to Vietnam will commence on 18 November and from 26 December. 

This new series of knowledge centred global tours that keeps in line with the concept of contemplative knowledge from the lens of travel, is carried out with the excellence that Panganr Holidays provides, facilitating the perfect family holiday with five-star luxury of relaxation and shopping that enables the family to have that perfect getaway, even while focusing on the knowledge aspect that the whole family could learn from.

Once a family or group is registered for the first tour that begins in mid-December, 2019, they will also be eligible for discounts for the rest of the series of knowledge based family tours organised for 2020.

This concept introduced in Sri Lanka is part of the overall Edu Tourism concept introduced at the International Tourism Research conference by Earth Life Water Knowledge Trails, in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
