Taiwan-based computer manufacturer Acer has introduced a new smartphone to its Acer beTouch range.
The beTouch E210 is one of only a handful of smartphones to combine a touchscreen, a full Qwerty keyboard and an optical trackpad with the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system, according to a statement.
A full Qwerty keypad is positioned under the 2.6-inch screen, with well-spaced keys that permit maximum ergonomics to ensure precise typing, it added.
The beTouch 210 offers messaging, social networking and the Internet on its Android browser.
The optical trackpad enables fast scrolling through pages while the HSDPA/Wi-Fi allows rapid downloading. The smartphone is available in light silver and shiny black.
