Zahira College Inter House Sports Meet

Zahira College Annual Inter House Post Primary Sports Meet 2017 was held at the college grounds recently and Cordova House emerged Champions. 

Captain of Cordova House Shafran Sathar received the Challenge Shield from Chief Guest former Prefect of Games Zahira College Ananda Baranage. 

Guest of Honour distinguished old boy Zaheer Marzook, Board of Governors Chairman Fouzul Hameed, Secretary Rizvi Niyas, Principal Trizviiy Marikkar, Vice Principals Ananda Ponnemperuma, M.T.A. Rauff, Board of Governors Sports Sub Committee Chairman Alavi Mukthar and POG Muhiseen Ariff were distributed gold medals and prizes to the winners. 

The overall championship was won by Cordova House (178 points), Angora House (176.5 points) was in second place, Istanbul House (114 points) was in third place and Baghdad House (88.5 points) was placed fourth.
