Sean Williams stroked an unbeaten 78 to help Zimbabwe script a six-wicket win over Bangladesh in the second one-day international in Bulawayo on Sunday.
The three-match ODI series is bow levelled at 1-1 with the decider scheduled for Wednesday also at Bulawayo.
Batting first, Bangladesh posted 252 for nine in its 50 overs.
A late flourish from number nine batsman Abdur Razzak helped Bangladesh. Razzak smashed five sizes in a 22-ball unbeaten knock of 53, his first half-century in ODI cricket.
In the chase, Zimbabwe’s batting contributed well as opener Vusi Sibanda (49) launched the chase.
For Williams (78 n.o.: 6x4, 1x6, 75b), recalled after two years to Zimbabwe’s ODI team, this was his 12th ODI half-century.
For Zimbabwe, former captain Elton Chigumbura was the best bowler with figures of three for 39.
