The second ODI match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh was abandoned yesterday after persistent rain in Hambantota. Sri Lanka who were put into bat by Bangladesh after winning the toss, was 33 for no loss in five overs when rain halted play.
T. Dilshan was unbeaten 10 and Kusal Perera was 18 not out. Sri Lanka leads 1-0 following yesterday’s outcome and the series will be decided in the final game in Pallekele on March 28.
