AFP: Adam Scott is back into the world top 10 due to his win Sunday in the Honda Classic, his first since the ban on anchored-style long putters.
The 35-year-old former world number one and Masters champion was forced back to the shorter putter at the start of the year when the ban on anchored putters came into force.
The Australian’s win in Florida came a week after he took second place in the Northern Trust Open in California and shows that he is back to his best with the year’s first major, the Masters, coming up at the start of April.
The top eight places are unchanged with Jordan Spieth nearly two points clear at the top.
