Royal College Group of 70 celebrates ‘50 years of royalty’

The Royal College Group of 70 will be celebrating 50 years of association with this hallowed institution this year. This landmark event is titled ‘50 Years of Royalty.’

The group is holding its Annual General Meeting today (8th March) at 8.30p.m. at the Sovereign – the Corporate Hotel at No. 100 C, Sri Jayawardenapura followed by the social. The group has already held a Bodhi Pooja at the Nagaviharaya at Kotte and the Christian Service at St Thomas’ Church AGM last month to commemorate this event. The next event planned is the Hindu religious ceremony at Captain’s gardens kovil on 7 April. All members and their families are invited to attend.
