Sri Lanka Cricket said yesterday that Rangana Herath will not be taking part in the ODI series against Pakistan which is scheduled to begin on 18 December in Sharjah.
Ajantha Mendis, who was to be flown back to Sri Lanka upon completion of the current T20 series will remain with the Sri Lankan team as a replacement for Rangana Herath during the ODI Series. However, Rangana will be available for the Test series against Pakistan later in the tour.
