The pre quarter finals of 7th Stafford Motor Co. sponsored, “Honda” Trophy MCA “G” division 25 Over League Tournament 2017 will be worked off this weekend.
On Saturday, 15 July, at MCA – Maliban Biscuits Vs. First Choice (morning); Deutsche Bank AG Vs. Pearson Lanka (afternoon) and at Mattegoda: Aitken Spence Group Vs. Micro Holdings (morning) Coutaulds Clothing Vs. Avery Dennison (afternoon).
On Sunday, 16 July, at MCA: Pyramid Wilmer Vs. Asiri Hospitals (morning); Sri Lanka Telecom Vs. DIMO “B” (afternoon) and at Mattegoda: Interpharm Vs. A. Baur & Co. (morning); HNB “B” Vs. Coca Cola Beverages (afternoon).
Last weekend the final batch of the league round matches was marred by rain, thus 5 games ended sans a result.
The top performers for the week-end were: Trevin Fernando from HNB “B” (104 in 51 balls, inclusive of 6 sixes and 12 fours Vs.
