Khan said that Ajmal has served Pakistan with great distinction and that it was time for PCB to provide him with all kinds of support. He added that Ajmal is determined for his rehabilitation and the board may send him abroad, if necessary, reported the Dawn.
The PCB chief conceded that the service of a bio-mechanic expert is being availed for his rehabilitation along with Pakistan off-spinner, Saqlain Mushtaq , to rectify Ajmal’s bowling action.
He also added that the cricket board is trying to find the best replacement for Ajmal ahead of the series against Australia.
