Japan already qualified for the Junior World Rugby Cup in Lisbon Portugal, winner of this tournament will take part in another home and away match against the Pacific Island winners. The winner of this encounter will book their berth in next year’s Youth Rugby World Cup 2015. Already 35 players are in the squad and the final 22 will be selected after the trial games on September 2. This year’s Trinity skipper Tharinda Ratwatte is tipped to lead the Sri Lanka Youth team.
