Nail-biting finish at SLPA Open 2013

India’s Chiragh Kumar won the Sri Lanka Ports Authority Open 2013, which was concluded at the Royal Colombo Golf Club last Friday, by one shot, claiming the biggest prize money at the event staged by the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) in Sri Lanka.
