MCGA F and G divisions postponed

The ongoing MCA “F” division 25 over League Tournament 2016, severely marred by rain, once again came to a grinding halt with last weekend’s matches (11 and 12 June) being postponed.

The tournament commenced on 7 May and so far it has faced 16 wash-outs and two postponements (28/29 May and 11/12 June).

So far the match program has been amended five times. According to the latest match program the tournament will get back on track on Saturday 18 June with a card of 14 matches and will be rested on 19 June, due to Poson Poya.

Rain also halted the six Stafford-Honda, MCA “G” division 25 Over League Tournament 2016, which was scheduled to commence on 12 June. The tournament was put on hold indefinitely, until the “F” division backlog is cleared.
