McDermott new Aussie bowling coach

Craig McDermott has been appointed as Australia's new bowling coach.

Cricket Australia (CA) made the announcement on Thursday with McDermott to act as an assistant to head coach Tim Nielsen.

McDermott played 71 Tests for Australia between 1984 and 1996, claiming 291 wickets at an average of 28.63.

Meanwhile, CA also announced Justin Langer has been reappointed as batting coach for another 12 months.
