Maxi Priest live at gala opening on 10 August

The 21-day Sri Lanka Premier League (SLPL) will kick off on 10 August with a gala opening ceremony at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium with an exciting mix of international stars, including Maxi Priest and local celebrities.

Priest, who is a world-renowned performer, in a message to SLPL said: “I am extremely excited to be given an opportunity to perform at this tournament. Sri Lanka is a cricket-crazy country, and we have some new acts planned, and we expect the stadium to be full at the event.”
