London (ANI): The Intern-ational Cricket Council (ICC) has reportedly recommend its anti-corruption and security unit to give priority to detection of match-fixing by employing more cricket-savvy officers.

Several other measures to combat the menace also includes asking cricketers with unexplained wealth to disclose how they acquired it or risk not being selected. According to the Telegraph, the ICC, under pressure from stakeholders such as sponsors and broadcasters, ordered the review of the unit before the criminal trial of Pakistan players Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir.
