The Black Caps will play Sri Lanka and England in two warm-up matches for the Twenty20 World Cup in India.
The ICC announced the warm-up schedule for the tournament that opens on March 15.
Both of New Zealand’s warmup matches will be played in Mumbai and the timings give them opportunities to adjust to local conditions, with the games to be played at paralleled times for the tournament.
New Zealand will play Sri Lanka at 7.30pm local time on March 10 and England two days later with a 3pm start. New Zealand are involved in the tournament opener against hosts India in Nagpur on March 15.
They then play Australia and Pakistan to complete their pool matches.
Meanwhile, the ICC have also announced warm-up matches for the women’s teams ahead of their T20 World Cup.
The White Ferns will play Pakistan on March 10 and England on March 12, with both games in Chennai.
New Zealand play Sri Lanka, Ireland, Australia, and South Africa in their World Cup pool matches.
