Ansell Lanka partners Sri Lanka netball team as Official Clothing Partner

Ansell Lanka recently partnered with the Sri Lanka Netball Federation to be the Official Clothing Partner for the National Netball Team on its current tour to Kowloon, Hong Kong to participate in a Tri Nation Netball Tournament that included the hosts and Malaysia being conducted from 18 to 24 February 2014.

Speaking at the handing over ceremony Ansell Lanka General Manager/Country Director Hasith Prematillake said, “As a global manufacturer of industrial and surgical gloves we are very proud to be the clothing partner for this Tri-Nation Tournament. This is very fitting for us as Ansell as a global corporate has operations in Malaysia and Hong Kong as well. Ansell Lanka is currently the best performing Ansell factory in Asia and our national netball team is also widely regarded as the best in Asia. We wish our girls all the very best and are looking forward to seeing them victorious.” In her address Sri Lanka Netball Federation President Victoria Lakshmi said, “We are very grateful to Ansell Lanka for partnering us to be the Official Clothing Partner for this event and for their kind wishes. It is thanks to corporates such as Ansell Lanka that we are able to perform so well at the highest levels due to their support. We hope this partnership with Ansell Lanka will be a long and fruitful one which will continue to other tournaments as well.”
