Wins Under 10 Championship Title

Ananda College proved their dominance in Sri Lankan Junior Tennis at the recently concluded All Island Inter School Tennis 10’s Tournament, which was organised by the Sri Lanka Tennis Association. Ananda pitched 3 teams under each category of under 7, 8 and 10 and emerged as Champions in the Under 10 category and as 2nd runners up in the Under 7 and 8 categories.

The teams were guided and coached by Ananda’s Head Coach Anupa Maththamagoda who was well assisted by assistant coaches Tharindu Perera, Rashan Wickremaratne, Prageeth Polgampola and Thomas Macmillan and supported by the Teacher in charge of Tennis of primary section Manori Alahakoon and parents of all the players.
