Both India and Afghanistan started their ACC Under 19 Asia Cup 2019 encounters on a winning note yesterday in Colombo but both games were rain-shorted having started late due to a wet outfield. At the P Sara Stadium the game was reduced to 46 overs per side meanwhile at CCC it was 23 overs per side.
