Trinity College boxers to be felicitated on 17 Nov.

Trinity College, Kandy whose boxing team won the 49th T B Jaya trophy under the captaincy of Mohamed Luqman will be felicitated at the Earls Regency Hotel in Kandy on 17 November from 4 p.m. onwards. This event is organised and sponsored by the Old Boys of Trinity College Kandy Branch.

This was the first time in the history Trinity won this event. Trinity won 3 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals at this event.

Boxing team: Mohammad Luqman (Captain), Kamal Denagama, Jaganth Varshith, Arya Solomons, Hamdan Faizal, Waruna Bandara, Themiya Herath and Miranga Subasinghe.

Coaching staff: Susantha Weerasena, Lahiru Senaratne, Manju Wanniarachchi and Damith Wijerathne.
