Reuters: Sri Lankan skipper Thisara Perera said scoring 150 runs would be enough to beat hosts India in the first T20 in Barabati Stadium in eastern Cuttack city.
Perera said his young Sri Lankan side remained unfazed by their loss in Tests and one-day international series and were looking to end the year on a high by beating the hosts in the shortest format of the game.
Meanwhile, three uncapped Indian players - Basil Thampi, Deepak Hooda and Washington Sundar - will have an opportunity to make their debut against Sri Lanka. Indian batsman Dinesh Karthik was all praises for Thampi, saying he is expected to add variety with his ability to bowl yorkers.
India will tour South Africa after hosting Sri Lanka while the visiting island nation will turn host and welcome Bangladesh.
