Super 16 Soccer 7s Tournament tomorrow

The Past Pupils Association of the Zahira College Colombo postponed the Super 16 Soccer 7s Tournament for the 14th consecutive year due to bad weather and rescheduled for 21 October from 8 a.m. onwards at Race Course Grounds.    

The organisers announced that the Main Sponsor of the event is Cool Planet and its Managing Director M.N.M. Nazmi will be the Chief Guest. Principal of Zahira College Triizviiy Marikkar, Board of Governors Chairman Fowzul Hameed, Secretary Alavi Mukthar and Old Boys Association President M.U.M. Azmi will attend the event. 

There are 16 schools participating in this tournament: De Mazenod College Kandana, Gateway College Colombo, Hindu College Colombo, Isipathana College, Lumbini College, Lyceum International School, Manipay Hindu College Jaffna, Maris Stella College Negombo, Nalanda College, Royal College Colombo, St. Benedict’s College, St. Joseph’s College, St. Peter’s College, Wesley College Colombo, Gampola Zahira College and Zahira College Colombo.

The Project Chairmen Afzar Arham invites all soccer enthusiasts to come and feel the excitement of the 14th Zahira Super 16 Soccer Tournament 2018 on 21 October at Race Course Grounds.
