South Asian Gateway Terminals (SAGT) have come forward to sponsor the CR & FC rugby outfit once more during their rugby season, which will kick off on 10 November with a game against CH & FC at Longdon Place.
SAGT has been sponsoring the Longdon Place club since 2014.
SAGT Chief Commercial Officer and 1982 Royal rugby skipper Ted Muttiah said CR & FC players and Sri Lanka administrators had reflected on the common attributes of high-performance individuals on sporting teams and those on business leadership teams.
Former Trinity rugby player and current Ground and Pavilion Secretary Hamza Hassanaly said: “CR is shaping up well for the season and is confident this time around that the team will deliver the expected results in the end by winning the league and knockout competitions.”
He thanked SAGT for the continued sponsorship and advice it had provided the Longdon Place club over the last five years.
