Roland Perera heads KDCA

Former St. Sylvester’s Cricketer (1971-76), Moors SC, Kandy CC, Kandy Youthplayer and former Junior Selector, Central Province Selector and Tour organising committee member Roland Perera took over the presidency at the Kandy District Cricket Association (KDCA) at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) which took place at the Asgiriya Stadium recently.

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) Vice President Janaka Pathirana was appointed as the Secretary and former Antonian Chandra Mahawatte comes in as the Treasurer. Veteran journalist who initially came in to the Kandy District Cricket in 1983 and Liaison Officer for leading visiting teams in the past Hafiz Marikar was appointed as the Media Coordinator.
