Rajok extends lead to 5 strokes entering final round

N. Amarapadma alias Rajok carded a steady 72 to extend his lead to 5 strokes from B.A. Sanjeewa the first round leader and G.P. Sisira Kumara the overall Grand-Prix Rankings Leader whose Even Par 71 moved him up to joint second place.

As the LECTRA Grand-Prix 2019 August Edition neared its climax, Amarapadma seems to have a comfortable 5 stroke buffer but much can happen in the final round.

The 3rd round best scores came from Vinoth Kumar from Nuwara Eliya Golf Club and veteran Navinda Ranga scoring 1 under Par 70, propelling both of them up the leader board.

B.A. Sanjeewa had an uncharacteristic 4 over par which makes it more difficult to overhaul the leader but the final round can create the element of surprise and produce an unexpected winner!
