Sri Lanka Air Force will hold a clear edge when they host the last place CR and FC in their Plate encounter today (March 25) at Ratmalana.
CR and FC going through a tough time this season are built with a young outfit.
Supun Warunakulasuriya, Chamod Fernando, and Kanchana Ramanayake are quality players who could walk into any team with their current form.
As a team, they are yet to click well which is costing them heavily for the Red Shirts. They played well in patches but did not pace out the game for the entire 80 minutes of play.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka Air Force got ample talent in Prakrama Ratnayake, skipper, Nuwan Perera, Ishara Madushan, Faris Ali and Gayantha Iddamalgoda are not going to give it easy without a fight.
Currently, CR and FC are eighth in the table with 10 points while Air Force is at 17 points being carried to round two. Former Nugawela Central player, Referee Ishanka Abeykoon will handle the whistle.
