Lankan CC, the newly crowned SLC Major Youth Under-23 cricket champions, made their sponsor

proud by winning a cricket title in the first year of their sponsorship.

The club is sponsored by SEARCH Enterprise Ltd., whose Chairman, Linganathan Aravinthan, is resident in the UK.

Lankan CC coach Nuwan Shiroman said that Aravinthan has future plans to develop Sri Lanka cricket through Lankan CC by providing training facilities and accommodation for players from outstation among other things.
