Opener Croospulle anchored the innings for 42 overs to top score with 86. Liyanage (50) helped Croospulle add 111 for the sixth wicket after Ace Capital CC lost their first five wickets for 48.

Five batsmen were dismissed for ducks in their innings. Trinitian Kavishka Senadeera took a career best four for 20 with his off-breaks for SSC, supported by Sammu Ashan with three wickets.

SSC’s batting collapsed to former Sylvestrian fast bowler Nimasara Atharagalla who’s figures of four for 14 was his best. Croospulle completed a fine double picking up three wickets with off-spin. – (ST)
