Huawei felicitates Sri Lanka Cricket Team

Huawei Nova 5T smartphones being presented to the team and support staff by Sri Lanka Cricket officials and Huawei Sri Lanka management

Huawei Sri Lanka, together with the Ministry of Sports and Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC), held a felicitation ceremony for the team members of the Sri Lanka Cricket team, post the recently-concluded successful tour of Pakistan, at the Sri Lanka Cricket premises. As a token of appreciation and congratulations from the official Smartphone Partner of the Sri Lankan Cricket Team, Huawei presented 28 members and officials from the Sri Lanka Cricket Team with the all-new Huawei Nova 5T at the event.

The ceremony was graced by Sri Lanka Cricket President Shammi Silva, Sri Lanka Cricket Treasurer Lasantha Wickramasinghe, Sri Lanka Cricket CEO Ashley De Silva, Huawei Device Sri Lanka Country Head Peter Liu and the management of Huawei, including the members of the Sri Lanka Cricket Team. 

The event was jointly organised by the Ministry of Sports and Sri Lanka Cricket in recognition of their performances in the three-to-zero series win over Pakistan. The special ceremony was held to honour all the players of the ODI and Twenty20 teams as well as the coaching staff.
