Hellibees, the trendiest, latest racing team to hit the track in Sri Lanka, entered into a partnership with Automiraj, the trendsetters in vehicle care and Wurth, the leader in auto care products.
The partnership was launched recently at a press briefing at the Wurth headquarters, Sri Lanka branch. At this event, Wurth presented the Hellibees Racing team with state-of-the-art tools, tool carts and performance chemicals which are all needed to run an efficient pit stop.

Speaking at the launch, Murad Ismail, the architect and brainchild of hellibees, said: “What was started as a hobby, and naming the team after my son’s favourite pet, today has become a force on the racing tracks of Sri Lanka. I promote safe and disciplined racing and want to develop young and upcoming talented youth who may not have all the wealth to race, which is an expensive sport. We are happy to have Automiraj and Wurth as our partners.”
Hellibees is resolute to change the perception of racing in Sri Lanka and make it one of the most watched spectator sports in the country. In fielding good riders as well as machines, Hellibees Racing hopes to elevate local racing to international standards and eventually participate in international events.
“Automiraj and Wurth have been in partnership and have made investments in racing and instead of making our own teams, we wanted to support the young and enthusiastic Hellibees team,” said Chandramohan and Rohan Amirthiah, the heads of Automiraj and Wurth.

Wurth and Automiraj have been involved in supporting motorsports in the country for the last 20 years.
