Second placed Havelock Sports Club will be all out to continue their winning streak when they confront demotivated Navy outfit at Welisara in their round two encounter.
The Park club has done well so far in the league with limited resources losing out many of their players to other clubs. Led by Niroshan Fernando and Coached by Sanath Martis Havelock SC has lost only to the defending champions, Kandy SC. Sharo Fernando, Mithun Hapugoda, Reza Mubarak and Dinuk Amarasinghe all played their part and they have a good chance to re-claim the league if they continue their winning streak in their round 2 matches.
Meanwhile Sailors will expect a lot from their skipper and place kicker, Thilina Weerasinghe who being outstanding well supported by Musheen Faleel, Buddhima Piyaratne and Dinusha Wijesinghe. They were edged out by both Kandy and CH & FC in their last two games which easily could have gone their way. On form Havies should continue their winning form.

CH out for a win
CH & FC after their win against Navy are all out for a better second round under their Head Coach, Ronny Ibrahim. They will miss the service of their skipper, Yoshitha Rajapakse who is recovering from his injury/operation. Sudam Sooriyarachchi, Muthuthanthri, Hirantha Perera, Anuradha Herath all stood out for the CH outfit. The best is yet to come from the former Thomian and national youth skipper, Naveen Heenakankanamge not getting the opportunity to show up in a full game. No doubt Samuel Maduwantha playing at fly half position will be vital for the CH outfit.
Meanwhile CR & FC will be at full strength with skipper, Kavindu Perera, Tharinda Ratwatte returning to the side. Both were kept out in their last game which cost them the game big time plus their chances of regaining the league faded further. Omalka Gunaratne too played his part with ample support coming from the win from Reza Rafaideen. This encounter will be the battle between the brothers who are coaching the two units. Ronny (CH) and Nilfer (CR) will be trying their level to get their best but on form CH should pull it off but by just.

Police determined lot
Police SC after their magnificent performance start for round 2 are all out to continue their winning form when they meet the last placed Air Force. Police easily could have ended on the positive side in the first round losing out on some close encounters. Even they played well against Kandy up in the hills though losing out in the end.

Kandy to continue winning form
Kandy SC will play their second last home game against Army SC. Ranjan, Buwanaka, Thilina and Nigel have played cohesive rugby for the Up Country outfit. Skipper, Richard Dharmapala is yet to find his feet with speed. Kandy will miss out on Jude Dimithri and Arshard Jamaldeen plus Srinath Soooriyabandara who will return for their next game against Police in Colombo.
Army lost on their form and speed yet to find their winning formula. Asoka Jayalal, Mohamed Rizavi and Gayan Salinda being their rescue officers this season. Kandy should overcome without much difficulty and add another bonus point win.
