Dulani wins Gold Medal

Thailand Open Athletics Championship 2019

Hurdler Shyama Dulani stamped her class by accounting for a Gold Medal at the Thailand Open Athletics Championship 2019. Meanwhile Roshan Ranatunge accounted for a Silver Medal in the 110 m hurdles in Bangkok. 

Roshan’s timing was 14.22 seconds behind Anousone Zaysa of Laos who also clocked 14.22 seconds who won the Gold Medal while Haizad Muhammad of Malaysia won the Bronze Medal. Gold and Silver Medals were decided on photo shots. 400 m hurdler Shyama Dulani won a Gold Medal with a timing of 1 minute 2.49 seconds while Koniel Donna (Papua New Guinea) accounted for the Silver Medal and Suchada Meersi (Thailand) won the Bronze. Meanwhile long jumper Sarangi Silva and men’s 400 m hurdler Asanka Rathnasena won Bronze Medals.
