CASA hosts Inaugural Football 7s tournament

CASA organised the Inaugural Football 7s (Men/Women) tournament on 19 October at the CR&FC grounds from 9 a.m. onwards. The event was organised by the Membership Activities Committee of CASA with the objective of fostering strong cooperation among the members.

Ceyline Agencies Ltd. won the Men’s championship whereas Salota International Ltd. won the Ladies championship. Sisira Perera became the best player in the Men’s tournament and Sonali Kumarage became the best player in the Ladies tournament. The event drew a crowd of over 750 participants, guests and spectators, whilst those in attendance included the top officials from leading shipping agencies in Sri Lanka.
