Young talent recognised at TOYP awards

Junior Chamber International (JCI) on Tuesday hosted the youth award ceremony commonly known as TOYP Awards on Tuesday at Water’s Edge recognising the outstanding contribution to society by ten individuals.

The awards, Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) acknowledge the efforts of the youth in the country who has, in their way touched the lives of society. With the JCI mission of providing development opportunities to empower young people to create a positive change in society and the country’s economy now moving ahead with much vigour, the award presentation creates a platform for youth to move beyond the norm and to reach out to the community.
