Developing and fostering good relations and cooperation amongst all ports and harbours in the world and creating a platform on which deliberations on current issues can be carried out, the largest gathering of the world port community, the International Association of Ports and Harbours (IAPH), commenced the World Port Conference held every two years in Colombo yesterday.
