Village kids enjoy special SriLankan flight across the country

Around 125 children from rural towns yesterday were treated to a breathtaking experience of special domestic flight around Sri Lanka by the national carrier SriLankan Airlines. A hundred children from the group were selected through a leadership camp conducted by “Senehasa” last December, while 25 of them were the winners of an Art Competition conducted by the Ministry of Aviation to celebrate 100 years of Civil Aviation in Sri Lanka – Pix by Deepa Adikari and Kumarasiri Prasad
