TNT Express, a leading global express company, has recently launched its free mobile tracking application for iPhones, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile.
TNT Express customers around the world can now track their international consignments at all times via a click on their smartphones.
It is the same tracking information as the customers receive from the standard tracking service offered by the TNT official website tnt.com but with the convenience of having access to it through their handheld devices.
“The smartphone market has expanded dramatically in the last three years and it has become imperative to provide customers with value added services on this platform. With this introduction, we give our customers complete visibility and ease of tracking their shipments, day or night,” said Mark Woodcock, sales and marketing director for the Middle East.
Customers can download the free apps from the Application Stores by Apple (iPhone), Google (Android), Microsoft (Windows Mobile) and RIM (BlackBerry).
“A further version has already been planned with added features to the mobile service, including price quotes, and the option to arrange or re-arrange deliveries,” added Woodcock.
