Seatrade calls for award nominations for 2nd Sri Lanka Ports, Trade and Logistics Conference, Exhibi

Seatrade has called for award nominations for the second Sri Lanka Ports, Trade and Logistics Conference, Exhibition and Awards.

The awards ceremony will feature as part of the Sri Lanka Ports, Trade and Logistics gala dinner on 2 May at The Kingsbury, Colombo.

From the event’s inception last year, the awards celebrate excellence in a variety of different fields, raising the profile of maritime development in Sri Lanka and highlighting commitment to safety and quality; social and environmental responsibility; enterprise and achievement, as well as education and training.

International and domestic conference attendees are invited to attend this prestigious evening, honouring the most accomplished and dynamic maritime companies and executives in Sri Lanka.

The awards are open to only Sri Lankan based companies. Entries must be submitted using the official awards entry form.

nShipping Line of the Year

nShip Agent of the Year

nThe Education and Training Award

nThe Technical Innovation Award

nBest Deal of the Year*    

nPersonality of the Year*         nYoung Person of the Year*    nLifetime Achievement Award*

*A Seatrade panel will choose the recipient of these awards and will not be taking nominations for this category. Deadline for entries is 31 March 2013.
