MOL Lanka bags highest Customer Service Quality Award for 2014 in liner shipping

  Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Lanka Ltd. (MOL Lanka) was honoured with the National Industry Silver award in Liner Shipping at the recently concluded Customer Service Quality Awards ceremony 2014 organised by the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (UK) – Sri Lanka branch. This is the highest award to a shipping line in the awards sector. MOL stood as the sole contender in this category amongst all other shipping agents and proudly grabbed the silver award on the ceremonial night. No shipping agent was qualified for the Gold or Bronze awards. They attribute this accomplishment to the great support of their valued customers and the team work efforts of MOL Lanka employees. They thank all their customers who have given their valuable feedback for the MOL Liner services. The vote of confidence by the customers enabled them to bag this prestigious award, they said and added that it is very encouraging to see customers rallying around appreciating their customer service standards and placing them at the highest level of recognition in the industry.
