Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, one of the world’s largest logistics providers, became an integral part of the South Asian Apparel Leadership Forum 2011. The prestigious forum where global and local apparel heavyweights gathered to discuss the future of Sri Lanka’s apparel industry was organised as a part of SL design festival.
Hellmann, an international logistics giant with a strong global presence within the fashion logistics industry, was proud to become a part of the forum. Paul Goldsbrough – Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Vice President of Transpacific Sales in Asia Regional Headquarters, Hong Kong was a key panellist at the South Asian Apparel Leadership Forum.
Managing Director of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Sri Lanka, Tania Polonnowita said: “We understand the great potential of the South Asian Apparel Leadership Forum and the rest of the festival in promoting many of the industries that we work with. In addition to giving visibility to fashion manufacturing and apparel supply chain companies, SLDF also organises forums of this nature to make decisions that will propel us all forward. Their expertise in fashion logistics and access to global business networks was largely appreciated by the local industry at the apparel leadership forum.”
