Foreway Logistics opens first branch in Seeduwa

Foreway Logistics, a young logistics company, has opened its first branch at No. 377/3 Negombo Road Seeduwa. Based in Colombo, Foreway Logistics offers a complete range of logistical services such as in-gage and out-gage cargo, heavy lift cargo, warehousing, and personal effect handling and clearance. The company also provides tailor-made logistical solutions at competitive prices. “We started business in October 2011 with the objective of providing ‘one stop logistics solutions’. Having fulfilled the statutory requirements, Foreway has been recognised by Director General of Merchant Shipping as a ‘Class A’ licensed freight forwarder,” said Foreway Logistics Managing Director Shavindra Dias. Adding that the steady progress of the company would not have been possible without the dedication and enthusiasm of the young and dynamic staff, he emphasised, given the importance of a committed and loyal staff in a technology-based business environment. Speaking about the new branch, he said that Foreway Logistics would be able to serve FTZ customers as well as those around very closely and attend to their logistic requirements quickly, since the branch office is linked to the head office and comprises staff who can handle the operation efficiently and effectively.
