As part of revenue restoration program, and in order to continue providing quality and sustainable service during summer peak season, CMA CGM has announced the implementation of a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) of US$ 500/TEU effective from 1 August 2013.
The PSS will be applied as follows:
Origin Range: from All Asian ports (including Japan, South East Asia and Bangladesh)
Destination range: to all Northern European ports (including UK and the full range from Portugal to Russia)
Cargo: Dry cargo, OOGs, Paying empties, Break-bulk and Reefer cargo
Date of application: 1 August 2013, on board date
The PSS will remain applicable until further notice.
