The freight forwarder in another first to win customer confidence and boost business efficiency launched SAL BMS, a cloud based system enabling customers to send bookings and shipping instructions electronically and once received to get zapped directly into SALOTA’s operating system.
The product was developed on the basis that information is to be keyed in only once which would then flow into the entire spectrum of the shipment management process resulting in a whole lot of benefits to customers with increased simplicity, accuracy, speed, efficiency and convenience.
