Two new Directors on Asian Alliance Insurance Board

Asian Alliance Insurance has announced two new appointments to its Board of Directors, along with the appointment of an alternate Director to the Managing Director, Manohan Nanayakkara.

Stefan Abeysinghe, the Group Chief Operating Officer for Asia Capital PLC, together with Siva Valentine JR, the Managing Director of Wealthy Strategy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, have been appointed to serve on the Board of Asian Alliance Insurance PLC.

Priyanthi Pieris, a Corporate Lawyer and Consultant to the Colombo Stock Exchange, has been appointed as the Alternate Director to the MD, and she together with Stefan and Siva will add their extensive levels of experience together with their skills in management to the already diverse set of board members of Asian Alliance Insurance PLC.
