Sri Lanka Insurance supports Gangarama Nawam Maha Perahera

Sri Lanka Insurance has been a pioneer in supporting this sacred event for many years. This year too Sri Lanka Insurance has come forward with a free personal accident insurance cover of Rs. 5 million, covering all participants and spectators of this event. In addition Sri Lanka Insurance has also extended a cash donation of Rs. 1 million towards the perahera. Here, Sri Lanka Insu-rance Managing Director Piyadasa Kudabalage hands over the sponsorship cheque to Ven. Galboda Gnanissara Nayaka Maha Thero of Chief Priest Gangarama Temple. Deputy General Manager - Marketing Niroshini Pethiyagoda was also present at the occasion.
